New Helmet Bike Light Design

After the first CREE lamp melted the encasing and blew the lamp, It was time to get serious about the heat issue.
This new design employs a aluminum tube to both act as protection and a heat sink for the CREE lamp. Heat shrink holds the transparent plastic cover whilst providing a water shield.
